Membership Enrollment Form

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Council, we welcome you to be a part of the Muslim American Society.  Please take a moment to complete this form.  The more information you provide the better we will be able to serve you.

MAS Membership is based on a percent of income ideally.  We recommend contributing to MAS 2.5% of your annual income.

In the event you are a student or a stay-at-home parent, you can opt for a minimum of $10 per month.

Short-term waivers are available for those with financial challenges.  Waivers are good for only three months and must be requested from membership@muslimamericansociety.org.

Demographics

MAS is working towards increasing diversity and maximizing our resources within our membership.  While these two questions are optional, it helps us measure progress towards makes MAS more diverse in terms of age, ethincity and gender.

Chapter Selection

Please choose the chapter you wish to affiliate yourself with.  If you are a new member, we will be reaching out to the chapter leadership and connecting you to them.  If there is no chapter in your area, please email Membership[at]MuslimAmericanSociety.org, but choose unaffiliated for now.
